We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in our R&D department. You will be responsible for building flexible and scalable systems with a startup mentality to support rapid company growth.
We are seeking a candidate who combines great interpersonal skills with a wide range of knowledge in DevOps and infrastructure practices. A person who takes a proactive approach, has a can-do attitude, and is committed and dedicated to their role. The ideal person will be adaptable, handle tasks beyond the usual DevOps scope, and support decisions while offering constructive input.
This is a hybrid position and reports to the DevOps Lead.
What you will be responsible for
- Building flexible & scalable systems, with a start-up mentality, to enable exceptional company growth.
- Design, implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines on multiple clouds (AWS, GCP)
- Supporting security efforts by collaborating on tasks that safeguard our systems and data.
- Design, develop, and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources on AWS and GCP
- Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes
- Automate different processes using scripting languages like Python and Bash
- Own the cloud infrastructure resources in terms of Security, Cost Optimization, Resilience and High availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
- Advocate software developer peers and seek to continually improve processes companywide.
Requirements
To be a Senior DevOps Engineer at Fullpath you need to have:
- 4+ years experience as a DevOps in a SaaS startup company
- Bash/Python Coding experience
- Experience working with the following technologies: K8S, AWS/GCP, Terraform, CICD (Github Actions & AWS Code Build), ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, DB management, AWS Lambda.
- Demonstrate a strong security oriented mindset.
- Observability and Monitoring Design and implementation experience.
- A person with a data-driven approach.
- Developer experience in mind - A person who will assist the Development team to move more efficiently and effectively.

- Being customer Service and DevEx Oriented by prioritizing the needs and experiences of both customers and developers to enhance overall satisfaction and efficiency.
- Willing to step beyond the traditional DevOps role and take on diverse responsibilities as needed.
- Providing thoughtful input and feedback while respecting and supporting decisions once they are finalized.
The top candidate will also have
- Prior experience and practice as DBA.
- Prior experience with Big Data.
